The Sell Your Solution program is a service that our customers have grown to rely on! We teach coaches how to sell their first online coaching program in less than four weeks, even if they haven't built the online program yet. Coaches can access our transformative program, learn everything they need to turn their 1:1 coaching program into a scalable, passive income machine through successfully selling online coaching programs. They can enjoy weekly real-time, private one-on-one sales coaching via Zoom to validate sales scripts and pitch and a whole lot more! To be successful in this role, you will need to have superb interpersonal communication skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.

Job brief:

We're looking for a results-driven commission-based independent sales representative to engage with customer prospects actively. This is a new position along with other independent sales representatives that will report to the CEO due to increased growth and strategic plans. He/she shall have a strong understanding of the sales process, and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and nurturing and closing leads and deals in our CRM. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner and showcase our offerings compellingly. Often tasked with giving presentations, our sales rep must be personable and professional.


  • You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer. 

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations.

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

  • You will be responsible for closing our in-house generated leads or your independent leads with varying commissions, respectively.

  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.


  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative

  • Can take a consultative approach on selling rather than reading off a script in a static, non-inquisitive way

  • Preferred experience in coaching or consulting or marketing

  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the prospects' needs

  • Excellent selling and communication skills

  • Motivation skills and a positive attitude

  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback   

  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM (we use Hubspot)

  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
