Job brief:

As we expand, we are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our internship program for Business Development. You will have a unique opportunity to learn from our sales team and get invaluable hands-on experience in engaging with potential customers and book appointments for our Sales Closers through proactive outreach with a focus on outbound calling to our proprietary database of high-quality leads. Lack of shyness, relentless follow-up, and superior self-organization skill will be key to your success in this role. To be a successful Business Development Intern, you should be determined to find the most effective ways of maximizing the number of set appointments with our sales team and priming prospects positively so that they are excited to join the program.

responsibilities:

  • Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers to schedule meetings and reschedule missed appointments

  • Fielding basic questions and concerns about the services we offer 

  • Ability to use our CRM Hubspot to keeping detailed logs of calls and emails with helpful notes

  • Follow-up with older leads who were not ready to close at the time

  • Ensuring prospects have all information needed to show up informed to the discovery coaching session

requirements:

  • Energetic, outgoing, and inquisitive nature that can engage prospects professionally and effectively schedule appointments

  • Performance-driven, competitive mindset with an affinity to conquer sales objections and succeed

  • Having a “Can-Do” mindset to proactively solve problems

  • Comfortable reaching out to prospects through multiple different communication channels at once to achieve maximum results

  • Highly organized with the ability to take detailed notes for the sales team

  • Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in English

  • Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent and very professional phone etiquette

  • Highly driven with above-average skills to persuade and convert sales prospects

  • Computer-savvy

  • Available for at least 10 hours/week
