The Sell Your Solution program is a service that our customers have grown to rely on! We teach coaches how to sell their first online coaching program in less than four weeks, even if they haven't built the online program yet. Coaches can access our transformative program, learn everything they need to turn their 1:1 coaching program into a scalable, passive income machine through successfully selling online coaching programs. They can enjoy weekly real-time, private one-on-one sales coaching via Zoom to validate sales scripts and pitch and a whole lot more! To be successful in this role, you will need to have superb interpersonal communication skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.

Job brief

As we expand, we are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our sales team as a Business Development Representative. Our ideal candidate can use their business knowledge and charm to engage potential customers' book appointments for our Sales Closers through proactive outreach with a focus on outbound calling to our proprietary database of high-quality leads. This is a commission-based position that gives you the exciting opportunity to control your level of success while maintaining the highest level of flexibility. To be successful as a Business Development Representative, you should be determined to find the most effective ways of maximizing the number of set appointments with our sales team and priming prospects positively so that they are excited to join the program. Lack of shyness, relentless follow-up, and a superior self-organization skill will be key to your success in this role.

 Responsibilities

  • Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers to schedule meetings and reschedule missed appointments

  • Fielding basic questions and concerns about the services we offer

  • Ability to use our CRM Hubspot to keeping detailed logs of calls and emails with helpful notes

  • Follow-up with older leads who were not ready to close at the time

  • Ensuring prospects have all information needed to show up informed to the discovery coaching session

 Requirements

  • Energetic, outgoing, and inquisitive nature that can engage prospects professionally and effectively schedule appointments

  • Performance-driven, competitive mindset with an affinity to conquer sales objections and succeed

  • Having a “Can-Do” mindset to proactively solve problems 

  • Comfortable reaching out to prospects through multiple different communication channels at once to achieve maximum results

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or Sales Representative is advantageous

  • Highly-organized with the ability to take detailed notes for the sales team

  • Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in English

  • Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent and very professional phone etiquette

  • Highly-driven with above-average skills to persuade and convert sales prospects

  • Computer-savy
