Job brief:

As we expand, we are seeking to hire a highly skilled and professional Technical Assistant - Team Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. In this position, you will oversee all technical matters and manage our Technical Support team. You will work collaboratively with us and our clients to ensure the completion of projects in an efficient, timely manner.

responsibilities:

  • Manages Technical Assistant team

  • Researches and implements technological strategic solutions

  • Plans, monitors, and appraises job results

  • Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of projects

  • Maintains the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining and delivering strategic plans for implementing information technologies

  • Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures

  • Complete projects consistently, on time, and with excellent quality

  • Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Review all work produced by the Tech Assistant team

requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the Information Technology field

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in management

  • Knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, SQL, Java, Python

  • Attitude - you have a "Can-Do" mindset to solve problems creatively and independently

  • High-Performance & Effectivity - you have a competitive mindset and the ability to find the most effective solution to a given situation

  • Communication skills - you must be able to take feedback from us and/or clients, as well as understand what they want. Professional interpersonal skills are essential when communicating

  • Time management skills - you'll often find that you're juggling several projects almost simultaneously. You must have the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution

  • Solid working knowledge in all required software and programming languages

  • Outstanding leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
