Job brief:
We are seeking a new Creative Assistant - Team Manager to join our team. As a Team Manager, your responsibilities include supervising and executing activities, creating web page graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, brochures, and many other forms of visual communication.
To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show great attention to detail.
responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the Creative VA team

Participate in designing and redesigning web page graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, and many other forms of visual communication

Analyze and plan the framework of design according to the laid out concept and established specifications of the project
-
Ensure that the delivered products or services adhere to the policies and standards of the company
-
Delegate job responsibilities among junior team members, and oversee that all the projects get accomplished within the deadline
-
Deal with the client and be the point of contact

Train and mentor Creative VAs
-
Suggest new ways of improving the quality of designs and other project issues
-
Assist the team members to choose the right style, attractive graphics, images, and other visual elements to adapt them according to the objectives of the project

Leverage creative and marketing knowledge to develop new creative campaigns
-
Work in collaboration with colleagues across different departments
requirements:

More than 3 years of experience in graphic designing
-
Minimum of 2 years experience in management
-
Excellent creative and innovative skills
-
Strong project management and organizational skills
-
Client interfacing ability with confidence
-
Strong interpersonal skills and effective relationship-building capacity with the clients, and the internal team

Knowledge of interactive design including best practices in technology, usability, and user experience

Must be detail-oriented and well organized

Ability to use strong analytical and artistic approaches to solve complex issues

Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize different tasks

Communication skills - you must be able to take feedback from us and/or clients, as well as understand what they want. Professional interpersonal skills are essential when communicating

Time management skills - you'll often find that you're juggling several projects almost simultaneously. You must have the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
